Strategic Plan

As administrator of the Renewable Energy Trust since its inception in 1997, the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative has carried out its legislative mandate to foster an increased supply and use of renewable energy resources while protecting the environment and providing distinct public benefits to the Commonwealth's citizens. Periodically, we systematically assess the best ways to carry out our mission. We produce plans for how to move forward. You can access these plans below.
