The Collaborative convened on October 20 to discuss updates from the Technical Working Group on its August 11 meeting
and the Tariff Working Group on its September 8 meeting. The Collaborative
also reviewed the second quarter of utility tracking data and received
an update from the Massachusetts utilities on clarifying modifications
to the utility tracking spreadsheet.
