Statewide Policies

A number of statewide policies are critical to the development of clean energy. Some are designed to increase or facilitate clean energy development directly, while others focus on issues such as air pollution and climate change, for which clean energy is one solution. Both types of policies are helping to expand the role of clean energy in the state.
