Description: Two physics teachers developed activities that focused on the construction of small- and medium-sized wind turbines. More than 100 students and 5 teachers participated in the implementation of the curriculum.

The lesson plans articulate the process of integrating the construction of wind turbines and the study of renewable energy resources into the conceptual flow of high school physics courses at Cambridge Rindge and Latin School. They describe the blending of many previously developed lessons and units of study with some newly developed lessons.
