This page lists all Change Requests received. This list will appear in Table 2 of the 2006 Report. The final versions of these Change Requests, stating how each was resolved, are also incorporated into Attachment C of the 2006 Report (submitted to the DTE in June 2006).
Please note that the Tariff itself -- in Attachments A and B -- is the authoritative version of the recommendations of the DG Collaborative, and is available at:
