- The Change Requests on which on which general agreement was reached in the March 15 Plenary -- Requests #1 - 2, 5-b, 7 and 14 -- were reflected in the 4/7/06 version of the Redline of the Model Tariff.
- The Change Requests on which on which general agreement was reached in the April 11 Plenary -- Requests #3, 12 and 15 -- are also reflected in the 4/21 version of the Redline of the Model Tariff.
- For several of the other Change Requests, agreement has not been reached by the DG Collaborative Plenary -- including Requests #4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 14, 16, 17 and 18 -- and no revisions have been made to the tariff or to those Change Requests.

- April 19 letter from Robert Quinan, Assistant Attorney General, RE Informal Inquiry Concerning Purchase of Liability Insurance for State DG Facilities.
- (See language on page 2 to the effect that "we are unaware of any provision in G.L. c. 258 that would bar a state agency ... from purchasing an insurance policy that would (1) name a third party (such as a distribution company) as an additional insured, and (2) by specific endorsement, waive any right the insurer might otherwise have to assert any G.L. c. 258 defenses or limits in response to a direct claim by such additional insured against the insurer; provided that the contract of insurance makes clear that it does not in any way waive the protections and immunities afforded to the public employer and its employees under G.L. c. 258, as to claims either by the additional named insured or by any other third party.")

- 4/5 meeting at the Northboro offices of National Grid, to discuss the technical possibilities for interconnection of DG on network distribution systems. This was primarily a discussion of technical issues and options, but Bill Feero began the meeting with a brief presentation to give non-utility people a sense of the technologies and issues. Second, progress was made on a draft outline or table of contents on network interconnections.
