Participants and observers of the DG Collaborative convened on September 8 at MTC's Weiss Conference Center for an introduction to the Collaborative work plan and a discussion of the roles and responsibilities of Collaborative participants. Representatives of the Massachusetts Department of Telecommunications and Energy also addressed the Collaborative.
