CLEAN ENERGY CHOICE® Grants for Low-Income Renewable Energy (RE) and Energy Efficiency (EE) Implementation Projects by Municipalities

The Massachusetts Technology Collaborative, through this solicitation, is pleased to announce the availability of funding through the CLEAN ENERGY CHOICE® Initiative for renewable energy and energy efficiency implementation projects targeting non-residential municipal buildings that serve low-income Massachusetts investor-owned utility ratepayers. The applicant must be a Massachusetts city or town whose residents pay into the Renewable Energy Trust (i.e. municipal light plant communities are not eligible). Applications must be for awards of at least $100,000 for projects for up to three municipal buildings.  The total funding available for this solicitation is at least $700,000.  Applications are due by November 21, 2008.
