Request for Proposal
The Massachusetts Technology Collaborative (“MTC”) is issuing this Request for Proposals for a Survey of the Massachusetts Clean Energy Industry (“RFP”) (No. 2008-IID-01) to solicit responses from firms and organizations with experience in conducting industry surveys. MTC intends to select a firm to conduct a survey of the Massachusetts Clean Energy Industry Cluster (the "Cluster") based on the previous Clean Energy Census in 2007. The Cluster includes firms specializing in renewable energy (i.e., photovoltaics, fuel cells, wind, biomass, small-hydro, etc.) and/or energy efficiency (i.e. energy controls, lighting technology, heating/ventiliation/air conditioning, installation services etc.). This effort will further MTC’s objective of assessing the status of the Cluster (and subsets) and determining if predicted growth actually took place.
